Modern Marketing Xchange Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our website.

Collected Information – This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Modern Marketing Summit and Xchange websites. If you apply for a Modern Marketing Summit comp pass, or register to purchase a ticket, you are automatically added to our Modern Marketing Xchange newsletter, though should you should choose to opt-out, you can do so on the same form. We will only add you to the Xchange database should you elect to have us do so.

Volunteered Information – If you request or order event passes, submit speaker information, and register to receive materials, the types of personal information collected at these pages are: Name, Title, Company, Address Email address and Phone number. We do not save or store any Credit/Debit Card Information.

How Info Is Used – We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Log information – When you use our services or view content provided by us, we may automatically collect and store certain information to better serve you in server logs. This information may include:
– Details of how you used our service, such as your navigation paths and search queries.
– Mobile related information if you access our website using your mobile device.
– Internet protocol address.
– Device event information such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and referral URL.
– Cookies that may uniquely identify your browser, mobile device, or your account.

These sites or services also have separate data and privacy practices. Modern Marketing Xchange disclaims any responsibility or liability for their policies or actions. When we link to other sites, we do not pass your personal information to those sites.

Access to Content – Users who would rather not provide any of the user data requested by our registration process do not need to register with us. You can still view much of the content and use many of the services offered by our site without registering.

Opt-Out – Users who opt-in may remove themselves from mailing lists at any time through the subscription management pages or by following the instructions at the end of the e-mail they received from us.

Privacy Modifications – Any modification to our privacy practices will be reflected within this area of our Web site. If there is a material change in our privacy practices, we will indicate on our site that our privacy practices have changed and provide a link to the new privacy statement.
